The best part about attending Bangs HS was the ag and band programs. The teachers over these programs dedicated their time and energy to seeing the programs excel as well as the students. The worst would have to be the administration. Throughout my hs years they have slowly taken away the interesting and fun events that were occurring throughout the year. They do not have the student's best interest as their main priority and are so worried about STAAR scores that they forget that the students are humans and need to feel wanted and a part of their education.

Though a very small school, Bangs ISD offered me the opportunity to graduate with endorsements and my pharmacy tech certificate and welding certificate. I feel more confident having some sort of skill to fall back on while I pursue higher education. The staff cares for students and nurtures their interests.

What I like about Bangs are the teachers, some of them really care about there students and it shows.
