It was a close knit community, however the quality of the education I received was far behind those from a bigger school, just 30 miles away. They could use newer text books and better learning techniques.

It's a small school, you have known everyone since kindergarten. It's difficult to stay out of drama and learn in class. Topics are usually "dummied down" so kids understand. It isn't very difficult either. But, the teachers are amazing, and I feel so close to all the staff here.

Baraga High School was a good experience overall. We had good teachers who were always engaged in our learning and the staff and principle was always nice and understanding.
