There's really not many negative things I can think of off the top of my head. Some teachers can be slightly more strict, but those teachers have always been the best at teaching. Other teachers are just really helpful, supportive, and I can't think of any bad teacher experiences. Sometimes getting a hold of administration to fix something can be difficult, but that's all. I wish our janitors got better pay.

Currituck County High School is average AF. The worst part about it is that it is unaccredited, which certain colleges require.

I enjoyed attending Currituck County High School. It was very inclusive and made me feel as though I was a part of the family. The educators went above and beyond to ensure that we were provided with the opportunity to reach our potential. They prepared us to soar into our next chapter of life upon graduating from high school. We were challenged academically and socially to be successful in different types of environments. We we taught to be responsible and accountable for our actions as well as hold each other accountable.

The only reason this school is getting more than one star is because I had 3 teachers who actually cared. However, the principals, assistant principals, etc did not care about most of the students. It was always the students with the popular rich last names who got the upper-hand. I was called a bul...

All through my childen's school years, they were pushed through whether they were ready or not. Having I.E.P.'s, they didn't even have to pass any testing or retain what they had learned, that is until 9th grade. First day of high school, they get thrown in with the students who have achieved academ...

This is the worst school I have ever been to. They do nothing about the bullying. Even the bullies hate being at school. If you are a parent and are considering this school, listen to all the reviews like mine and don’t send your kid here. I could write paragraphs about how bad my experience has bee...

The majority of the teachers that I dealt with as a parent were not sticking to the curriculum that was set forth at the beginning of the year. At one point, both of my children came home and told me that for the past two weeks they had both done nothing but watch movies in class. Me thinking it was...
