In fifth grade I was so excited to enter a new world called "middle school" of which I thought consisted of lockers, letter grades, and new friends. Looking back, middle school did consist of those, but that's not what made it MY middle school. What made it my middle school was Mrs. Wolf, my Honors ELA teacher that changed my outlook on everything. My friend Kelly who used to be the JB Nelson girl, but is now the girl who I watched My Strange Addiction with on New Years Eve. And lastly the memory of the "milk accident"which of course will never be forgotten.

Rotolo Middle School in Batavia has been a nurturing environment for my four children. The teachers were amazing, and they also communicated well with us when necessary. In my experience the school doesn’t do anything about discrimination UNLESS it’s about a kids sexuality. They don’t care about race and gender discrimination.
