The principal and faculty show generally concern for the students. The school's culture has a sense of unity.

Melrose Elementary has truly made a change within the last couple of years. There seems to be more involvement from the new principal. There seems to be an understood and unified culture. Melrose was not all that great, but this new principal seems to be getting it right!
