I feel like the school was an average school that perpared students for their next level. They do definitely have classes that tells you what the college and adulthood would be like. At the same time, there are different clubs that students can join to get the best experiences out of their high school years.

My personal experience at Bayside high school has been good. At Bayside they give you advanced placement classes starting freshman year. By your junior year you should have a minimum of 3 advance placement classes in your schedule. Bayside programs their students to take classes that will allow them to have enough credits to graduate high school by their junior year which is the route I took and I haven't heard of any other high school in NYC do that. The campus is always clean and tidy and there is almost never any physical alterations between students.

The best part about Bayside High School is the wonderful teaching environment, and how the teachers help students prepare for college in a very organized manner.
