Beachwood High School, located on Fairmount Boulevard near Beachwood Middle School in Beachwood, Ohio, serves every ninth through 12th grader in the Beachwood City School District. Beachwood High School enrolls over 600 students and offers 28 Advanced Placement classes including Spanish and Chinese, 20 honors classes including robotics and 25 elective courses. The high school also offers Hebrew, American Sign Language, 31 extracurricular clubs and 23 athletic teams.

Overall, my experience was decent. I had a lot of struggles because when I went, it was not as diverse. That being said, I biracial and received many issues from other students due to my skin color. Other than that, I genuinely enjoyed the school.

It is very good academic-wise. All the students are well-driven with their studies and all excel in all aspects. They offer a decent amount of sports and clubs as well to the students so that we are exposed to a diversity of extracurriculars. We are offered with many opportunities here and the staff only want the best for us. I just wish they would help prepare us, Juniors, better for the college process. Including applications, essays, and scholarships like this one.

I love the Advanced placement program and how it allowed people to get ahead in their education. One thing I am not a fan of is constant changes in the schedule by the administration.
