The school has a great program, but we have been let down with communications around deadlines. My son registered for AP courses but missed the deadline to pay and was denied the chance to challenge several exams. He is now scrambling to catch up. He also missed an unknown deadline to apply his sports hours for PE credit even though they occurred this calendar year. As a working parent, trying to stay on top of him and his deadlines has been challenging. I don't feel supported by the current administration. I do not understand why he is being denied applying his hours and why the administration repeatedly refuses to work with us and communicate. Reaching out by email has many times resulted in no response. For a school with such a high rating in Bellevue I expected more support.

Interlake High School has been the toughest yet most rewarding school. From my freshman year I struggled to keep up but now that I am a senior I can look back and see how I have grown academically. Although my worst parts have been struggling to keep up with the IB course work it soon became the best part of my experience. Knowing I get to graduate from and IB school with a handful of resources has been amazing.
