I would like the school to take better care of the school like keeping up with putting toilet paper in all the stalls. I like how helpful the counselors are.

There are so many opportunities in Beloit with a lot of clubs and activities that help a lot of the low-income, first generation students in the area. There are a lot of clubs, such as Upward Bound, which helps disadvantaged student get into college by taking them to see colleges and offer financial aid help and more. There are free ACT classes and other dual credit courses.

The teachers were great, the shop classes amazing, the opportunities plentiful, and the resources well established. all the teachers really cared for the success of the students and knew what they were doing very well, and when it came time to look ahead, the counselors made my options easy to understand and clear to me.

This school is/was very emotionally draining for me. That’s just my personal experience. The teachers can be very inconsiderate and rude. Other than the rudeness and uneasy sense the school gives off the school is very much a good school.

Beloit's school board is consumed in trivial personal battles over identity politics, and the principal and school administration are weak. Many students at the school feel unsafe, as reported by a survey administered by the school district.
