Benton high school is a good school, because they are willing to help you when needed, everyone in the school is nice to each other and there has never been any signs of bullying. Benton might be a small school but it is a good school. throughout my time in this school I have been very sick and in and out of doctors and hospital. With all this going on the school still made sure I was staying caught up and understanding everything that was going on. i am very grateful I am going to a school like this. You hear of most schools having a hard time with bully's and no one in the school doing anything about it, but that is not how it is in our school. You never hear of anyone not feeling safe in the school. Whenever there is a conflict in the school the teacher are right there to stop it and to talk to the students and try and make things better. The faculty and staff at the school go beyond there self's to make sure everything in good and safe for us students.

The extracurricular activities are fairly good, and the sports teams are some of the best in the state, but the school is woefully underfunded academically.

The teacher threw away my homework. I won't recommend.

Overall a great high school with dedicated teachers and plenty of courses and extra-curricular activities. Sports often takes more precedence over the fine arts at this school. Nevertheless, the fine arts offered are still valued by the faculty and staff.
