Overall Berkley High School was a positive experience. The staff is friendly, the students are pleasant, and classes are structured very nicely even for someone like me as a person with ADHD.

Berkley High is a very great school. I really enjoy the people and there are many opportunities that are available. Somethings that are not so great is when taking an AP or Honors class, as a black student you do not see as many of the same people in the classroom. this can sometimes be uncomfortable because you fellas though you have no one to relate to. Overall, Berkley is a really good school that prepares you for the future with many skills while also allowing for you to explore options for the future.

My experience with Berkley had its ups and downs. I started high school during COVID but the district did a relatively good job with how they handled the pandemic and online school. One thing that I have to complain about is that the district cracked down too much on websites and things we can use on the school laptops that they gave us as that's what many people use their college stuff for and we can't use any other emails on the laptop other than our school email.

I am a former student from long ago and now I have a child at BHS. The school has joined at upper echelon on Michigan High Schools. My child plays sports at BHS and learned a ton at the high school. Of course, Huntington Woods and Berkley are both outstanding neighborhoods to raise a family. BHS has...
