I only participate in a few so my opinion of this is average. The extracurricular activities that I take part in are somewhat organized. Our NHS program is not organized and most of our clubs/activities are not given good budgets. The clubs work with what they have and do accomplish great things.

They are not preparing these young adults to enter highter level colleges.
