Too concerned with "appearances". Not enough attention to what is important to an individual child. State ranking and funds are main concern. Children are just numbers here.

Asa Packer has been a great school for our family. All of my kids have attended, and I still have two currently enrolled. It's a small school, which creates a close-knit and supportive environment. We've never had any concerns with the teachers or principals—they've always been approachable, support...

I would give this school a zero if I could. I called one of the nurses to let them know that someone in their school had lice because my child noticed it... the nurse got nasty with me and told me that the parents at the school are VERY open with her and that I need to take MY daughter to the doctor...
