I had a great four years, and most, if not all, the staff cared about building relationships with us as students and helping us reach our goals. They were even happy to help us beyond high school. I have learned so much, and the people I have met have taught me so much.

Ive had great experiences with the clubs and sports at Groves, I also like the variety of classes. I would like to see the diversity of the student population expand more and teachers who connect with students more often.

Exceptional! Dr. Embekka Roberson (Thompson) is a wonderful principal. She doesn’t just talk in circles about issues, she listens and solves problems. She is visible in our community. Dr. Roberson is patient, kind, and strong.
