I can confidently say that Shore more than prepared my oldest for high school in terms of both academics and her ability to self advocate for her needs. She is confident when speaking with adults and truly loves the learning process. Shore's use of the Harkness tables, and attention to teaching students the essentials of being an active learner leads to empowered and driven students who can think out of the box and support their views with facts.

Shore has been through a bit of a bumpy time with a leadership transition, but the school is STRONG and AMAZING!! It's the teachers that make the difference -- Shore's teachers are long-tenured and lovely. They really know my children and have worked beautifully with our family to help our children grow into impressive students. If you're looking for a great school on the North Shore, Shore is it!!

Shore Country Day taught me the values of being kind and respectful. The teachers were thoughtful, cared about each student's being, and pushed them to be their best. No other school could have the genuine student-teacher relationship that Shore provides.
