I have been going to Big Rapids Public schools since pre-school. One of the best things about Big Rapids is the teachers and staff, they are amazing. One of the worst parts is the lack of diversity and culture. We have about 90% white students about 10% are black, hispanic, and asian.

Big rapids is a school where not only do the students get involved, but so do their families, and I see this especially in sports. We all rally together for the good of BR and put our thoughts to action for the good of the school. We are very invested in our sports, especially football, and that is something that the whole community participates in. There really is no downside to Big Rapids, unless you count the no phone rule, but that's kind of growing on me.

I had a relatively good experience at Big Rapids High School. Many of the teachers I had were accommodating and helpful, and I knew where to go if I needed help with personal or academic issues.
