Big Sandy High School is an alright school, but I would not have chosen to go here if I would have had the choice. There are a ton of issues, especially this year, and I along with others, believe that students are not happy. This school could offer us more classes instead of forcing us to do those that we are not interested in.

For the size of the school I believe that sports are very well represented and play an important role in my school. I do wish there were some other sports such as skeet or trap shooting, but there would not be enough students to fill all these sports as there is barely enough to fill the current sports if there is any more than one sport at a time.

I would definitely go through it all again while there were some ups and downs I found many lifelong friends and was involved with something all year round.

It is amazing. The student-teacher relationships are loving and respectful. There is great school pride. However, the lack of creativity and diversity is huge.
