While peer pressure is present in every school I believe that it is relatively minimal at my school. The main problem might be racism, while it is mostly used in jokes it still is harmful. Also being so close to an Indian reservation racism against Native Americans is present almost everyday.

No one knew what current policies as the superintendent at the time would make up the rules as he went or would not show where a rule was written down. Also some policies were highly enforced while others where not enforced at all until they got out of control.

The cooks work hard to cook for the students and try to introduce new food options whenever possible.

It is amazing. The student-teacher relationships are loving and respectful. There is great school pride. However, the lack of creativity and diversity is huge.
