GreatSchools Rating

GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I attended Wenonah for 2 school years and both years I felt comfortable with the atmosphere. Even though i didn't know anybody there the teachers made it easy to adapt.

The thing I like most about Wenonah High school is how well my counselor, Mr. Terrance Sykes communicates with the Senior class body. I feel that I can easily communicate with him. Mr. Sykes has made a tremendous impact in my life; with his help I have been able to be admitted into 10 different colleges. He is a person that will go above and beyond to help students succeed. I love knowing that I have someone looking out for me and that I'm not just a number at my school.
