Gilpin County Undivided Highschool was the only school I had ever gone to. It is a great school because it offers preschool through 12th grade in one building and has a variety of after school activities such as football or theatre. When Covid came, it didn't take long for the school to come up with a plan to handle it, and they have been doing well with it ever since. Overall, Gilpin County is a pretty good school.

I've attended this rural mountain school since kindergarten and have felt comfortable and safe. My parents have been able to make a difference in what goes on because they listen to the what the parents and community say. Overall, I can't imagine my life and learning experience could have been any better.

I felt prepared for the material and level of difficulty of college, but not for the amount of people and stress!

This school has failed not only my child but many of their students and will continue to do so until there is some type of reform! They might have 3 or 4 decent teachers. Sure wish I would have heeded the warning myself!

My 2 kids have been at Gilpin County School since they were 3 years old. I have always been impressed by the open communications between parents, teachers, and administration. I believe there is more acceptance, less bullying and less teen alcohol/drug use than at other surrounding high schools. Kee...
