GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I have really enjoyed going to Blackfoot Highschool. The student body is really supportive of each other and a great group. I also feel the teachers have by best interest in mind.

I feel that I've had a normal high school experience. We have activities and school officials try to make school as fun as it can be. The teachers are helpful for the most part. There are teachers who maybe shouldn't be a teacher, but others are there to help.

There is such a varied and diverse selection of electives to choose from. The teachers are either great in the way that they teach or are just cool people. One thing that is less-than-ideal is the lack of air conditioning throughout the whole school. Returning to school in the fall can get a little hot, and especially in the spring when summer is approaching.

Besides Ms. Folsom, the teachers are rude and they don't care about their students

I am currently a senior in Blackfoot High School and I can honestly say this school for not adequately prepare it's students for college and the real world. Sure, the teachers are relatable and ready to talk to, but when most of them cannot provide a good education for the community and the future l...

The best performing arts center auditorium of any high school in the state. Good teachers and a wide variety of great classes. Really good sports! Blackfoot Broncos took state in both soccer and football! Go Broncos! I would choose Blackfoot High over most schools in eastern Idaho. Also, to the pers...

I absolutely LOVE BHS. I noticed a previous review from a parent stating their child was "mocked for a short time he went here because he is Black." I happen to be a Native American student and people there are always very kind to me. I only know two African-American students attending BHS and every...
