The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
The Test Score Rating reflects annual state test results for this school compared with scores statewide.

I like the small class sizes and atmosphere. Our school doesn't have some of the same class options as the other high schools in the county so more choices would be nice. I also think it would be beneficial if we had better facilities for baseball.

I have been going to this school for about half a year now. I am a transfer student from Hundred High School. I was being bullied and not getting the education I needed to succeed in my future. In the short amount of time that I have been here the teachers have done an incredible job of catching me up and making me feel welcome. My test scores increased drastically and I feel so much safer and better about myself overall.

The school is not a good environment. If you’re planning on going here, please, don’t. Going here is miserable so if you are planning o...

Our DC (Dual Credit) classes have been taken away and juniors aren't even offered AP History. The mos...
I graduated from Clay-Battelle in 2010 and am now at sophomore at Stanford University and doing great. It is possible to get a good education from Clay-Battelle if you put forth the effort. There are some great teachers there. You just need to learn how to take advantage of your opportunities.
