SInce we are not in the 70s anymore and most if not all of the teachers and principal that were there then are probably not there now, I will constructs review based on the current environment. I remember that under Principal William C. Ayers in the 1970s, bullying was not only tolerated but actively encouraged at John Pearl. And two teachers, Mrs. Altimyer and Mr. Nurnberger, assaulted students by pulling their hair and I mean *hard.* In Mrs. Benzinger's class in 1976, two students got in...
