GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

At Brunswick County Early College High School I was lucky enough to be able to take high and college classes. I love the teachers because when you need help or need emotional help they are here for you. So far taking the colleges classes I learned a lot more than I would if I went to a normal high school The professors are all nice here and will help you if you ask for it. The only problem I would have is that they could do a better job when doing a presentation about SA. There was one day where we all had to go to OBA and they talk about that without letting anyone know.I do feel like that this is something you should let know the students know beforehand because that can make some many students very uncomfortable.

Was a great school, especially if you want to get your associates degree at the same time as your high school diploma!

I'm a freshman at ECHS and this first semester has been challenging but I have realized that the reason we were pushed was to get us college ready and so that we are ready to start taking college classes.
