Valley View has Teachers that truly care about students.

The teachers vary wildly at Valley View. You can have an outstandingly positive experience one year followed by a terribly negative experience the next year. It's a poorer district apparently and this manifestests itself in fewer resources to go around. Special needs kids aren't getting the support...
