It's hard to fail at BRHS because the teachers here really care about you as a student and your success. If you take some of the more advanced classes like AP classes, you will be fully prepared for college classes. In change, I would like to see more focus on inclusion and an update on facilities like bathrooms and the theater and cafeteria which do not function in comfortable ways.

It's a small school so you can connect with your teachers easily and develop a strong relationship. You get the help you need if you find yourself struggling in the resource department. This school has a strong outgoing principle that shows fantastic leadership skills and activity involvement. This school's goal is to make sure everyone is comfortable with where they are and have a plan for after school. Whether it's going to college or joining the work force.

First off, I love Boothbay. But for many reasons I wouldn't recommend this school. If you're good in school, and leave, and even mention that school that you're going to is a bit better, everyone will say that you can do just as well in Boothbay if you try harder. Promising? As a student I am very disappointed in teachers here at my high school. They do not teach us how to do our assignments. Then they give us tests and quizzes, and expect us to do well on them.
