GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

As a senior of Borden High school I have been in almost every class and teacher you can have and its been wonderful. The teachers are extremely helpful and want to see every student prosper with knowledge. Most of the people at Borden are extremely close due to the small size. This is mostly good ,but can sometimes make it hard for new people to fit in unless they are playing a sport. While on the topics of sports, every kid is encouraged to try out and attempt sports. The coaches do not care if a kid has never played the sport before or if they know every last bit of knowledge about it, they simply want every kid to enjoy there time on the team and there high school years.

The students, I am grouped with some great people. There's nothing really I'd change about our school, maybe some of the ridiculous policies and rules.

I like attending a small school. Everyone knows each other and most folks are friendly. We help each other in our small town. The teachers care about their students.

This school only cares about your kid if they are an athlete or you are buddy-buddy with the teachers.
