Teachers are very invested and present in the student's academic journey. With a small class and the same teachers, a rhythm is created in each class and bonds form between students and teachers. Teachers understand the difficulty of the IB program and are flexible to use the best teaching methods for each class. The main faults of this school don't lie with the teaching staff or curriculum, but with the facilities and funding. OTA is in need of renovations.

Overall, I would rate my experience at this school quite highly. I feel the teachers and other staff create an environment where student-led inquiry flourishes, and where students are able to reach high levels of deep, truly academic learning.
