My daughter’s 7th grade experience was awful. The teachers are awful, the counselors are awful. The students are given way too much homework, then the school doesn’t provide help or free tutoring. A family friend auditioned for the school musical two years in a row and didn’t make it either time. To kick students out of a junior high musical is ridiculous, and does not promote a love of theater for the kids.
