Awful school. Having worked here in the past, do not send your kids to learn here. A lot of the credit of the schools needs to go to the teachers because they are the real heroes at this institution. The administration, particularly the principal, do not care about the students at all. He is only in it to make himself and the school look good. He is a bully. School only cares about appearances and test scores, which are not great by any standard.

There weren't enough classes, and I feel like the staff almost knew some incidents that were going to happen, or they saw them and they didn't interfere or try to stop them. Honestly, the best part of my experience was when we were away from school on field trips to different colleges. I would hope that their resources could increase as the place I was in didn't even have a proper gym. They need support.

My experience at Great Oaks Charter School was very enjoyable. The staff and faculty members always put their students first to watch them succeed. This school prepared me well for college and I was very lucky to attend a school that put their all into their students.
