Being partially deaf, my teachers never question me when I ask for something repeated or for them to talk on my right side. They also allow for me to record if my hearing aid isn't working.

I love Eagle Ridge!! Though I will say the teachers tend to be in students business and lately the school has lowered their standards. When I applied I had to give my grades for all of middle school and take testing. Now it seems like they just let anyone walk in here. BUt it is still a good community. Certain teachers tend to believe they know what they are doing but don't and shouldn't actually have a job. I will say I am waiting to see how the new schedules come out next year but I really do love it here.

The staff at the school are some of the best people that I know, although the school does have a hard time keeping teachers. Most of the teachers at the school leave frequently and it's hard to know if we will have the same teacher for an entire year. Even though the education is good, there aren't a lot of electives that help you meet the requirements for the school, which means that most of them get repetitive and it doesn't offer opportunities for different levels of learners.

The rate at which teachers leave and are replaced at this school is not good. There is a high staff turnover leaving the program with too many young instructors.I don't appreciate my son knowing the drama that is going on with teachers and administration. Every time I go and pay my student's fees th...

The AP course participation rates on this site are misleading as this school does not offer AP courses. Students can participate in dual enrollment courses at a local college of they desire to boost their weighted GPA and/or receive college credit.

This school focuses a lot on college readiness. They also put a lot of emphasis on class credits and GPA compared to other schools. If I had transferred my junior year to a school like Brighton high or Prarie View, I would’ve easily been able to graduate a year earlier because of my credits but I wa...
