I transferred to Brighton Schools in the 7th grade and I could not be any happier. I was given the opportunity to so many things including the game of basketball and leadership type courses. I feel that the staff, especially the teachers encouraged us to be our best selves, and always made themselves available to help us do so. I am thankful for the experience in Brighton Schools that I received.

My daughter was locked in a bathroom and SA at BHS. The school said it was consent (she was 13). She was locked in a bathroom while 2 boys stood outside the door. She was bullied and threatened. The school did NOTHING to protect her. Protect the athletes at all costs. Since my daughter's title ix case multiple more have been filed. The ball dropped. I ultimately had to pull her out because of the threats we were receiving.

Brighton is a very well run school that offers a lot of different options for students in terms of classes and extracurriculars. The sports facilities are very good as we just got a new indoor Fieldhouse facility, and we have a lot of less popular sports available. We also just got a new wing that we call the stem center. This has engineering, trade, auto, and medical classrooms that operate more as labs than classrooms.

Good school. Teachers are nice. Food quality is actually good for a school. Nice facility. Was a great place to go to school. I don't understand all these reviews about teachers being "bad and screaming at students" I have never seen any of that after spending 4 years here. (and graduating) Success...
