I haven't had the worst experience at this school, we've went on many college trips which helped me get a gist of what colleges would work for me. But this school doesn't offer much resources within the school itself, we only have 2 aps. Also our school doesn't have much money this year so there are only about 4 clubs.

The best experience was the dances we had at least 2 times a year, they are always a blast and people are always having fun. The worst experience was when they canceled this year's last dance.

I like that the classes are diverse and there are many AP classes you can choose to take. They have a variety of clubs to participate, including sports. The teachers are overall very well-mannered and strive towards good effort. The building itself is very large, so many students are usually the problem.

I am a parent who also works for the NYDoE. I wanted my son here because this is supposed to be one of the top five high schools in the Bronx. However, the unwritten policy of this school is ZERO communication with parents. I made a few calls during the Summer, but I never got a living human being t...

I'm a senior in Belmont, and I absolutely hate Belmont. I tried transfering on my freshman year but they didn't allow me. The staffs are horrible, the teachers don't know how to teach and theres no democracy in the school. If you want your kid to be happy don't send him to this school. I can't wait...

The teachers are great i leaned alot from them ,but what I hated was the staff and the administration ,they don't care about you. I graduated and most didn't even know my name there was no social life for me in this school. The students are so ghetto and fake you can't trust them. Also ,everyday is...

I am very disappointed at the administration the staff that you depend on the most are very rude and disrespectful and dont seem to care about the children. There is very little professionalism.
