For the most part, the school is jut a regular public school that is geared towards STEM. I wish they had a larger course catalog to choose from, but the classes they offer are good.

It's an overall average experience. I like the the after school programs like robotics and year book club. Something I would like to see change is the way the principle run thing. She like to run thing more as a dictator

Apart from the jokes we make about having a wack school, they're just jokes. I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks that B.E.T.A is a pretty good school. The teacher's are nice and friendly, and B.E.T.a gives you a lot of opportunities I don't think other schools would bother to give, like substituting Spanish Regents for a CTE diploma, giving you a steadily managed schedule fee waivers for college applications and good involvement by the counselors, and insistence on helping apply for internship opportunities and college-crediting courses.

The teachers except for one really don't care about their students. You can never speak with anyone with concerns to your child and when a student has a problem or concern the counselor is never available. I speak as far as freshmans in the school
