GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I was there for both middle school and high school. I always felt safe there and there were usually not many fights. It was rare to see a fight because of how well everyone gets along in that school. Everyone in school was kind to each other we had good communication if there ever was a problem. My cohort was more like a family.

My experience at Mott Hall v was average. The school staff are mixed bag most of them are well prepared and professional while others arent. But I wouldnt let a couple of bad apples ruin the bunch. This school is definetly one of the better high schools in the bronx because of how well they prepare you for high school and the amount of responsibility they on the students. Mott Hall v does prepare students for college and thats all that I ask for.

My experience at this school was very good. Everyone is always very helpful. The school has very good and well mannered teachers. It has good clubs and it also has an after school program for the middle school children.
