The teachers are really nice, but there isn't as much opportunities for advanced students as I would like.

Brookings high school is a good school for learning. It has some good teachers that are really dedicated to the education of students. It also has many classes available that allow students to explore what they are interested in. Though one thing that I wish they changed was to give the arts more funding and attention.

What an injustice to the Brookings community. I’m so sorry to all students and the lack of educational and social suppor...

Students that have learning challenges aren't helped. They need better help inside the regular classroom for these wonderful students. No student should fall behind, learning difficulties or not.

An absolutely wonderful school. All of the teachers are kind and willing to help - the kind that will go out of the way to make sure you understand, and that you'll meet years down the road and they'll still remember your name. The principal is the best and really cares about each and every child pe...

Definitely a great school. I went here as a freshman, and I loved it. The teachers were great and cared, and the academics didn't suck, meaning that they were good. Athletics could be better, but being a band geek I didn't care. The marching band program was/is exceptional. If you're weighing your o...
