P.S. 971 School of Math, Science, and Healthy Living is an elementary school in Sunset Park on the corner of 4th Avenue and 63rd Street. Serving students in kindergarten through fifth grade, this school is one of four vegetarian schools in New York City, adopting a vegetarian menu for all school provided meals.
Students at P.S. 971 are offered a variety of programming that features a STEAM fair, media club and college week.
