Serving students in pre-kindergarten through fifth grade as well as offering special education programs, P.S. 94 The Henry Longfellow is an elementary school located in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, on 6th Avenue between 50th and 51st Streets. A mere six blocks from the neighborhood’s namesake park, P.S. 94 is centrally located within this thriving community.
During the 2020 to 2021 school year, total student enrollment was 1131. P.S. 94 offers a variety of activities in which students can become involved. Pupils in second and third grades can participate in music and theater programs through a partnership with the Brooklyn Arts Council. In addition, the TheaterMoves program offers a chance for students in kindergarten to second grade to develop literacy and language through dance, theater and social emotional learning. The Henry Longfellow also offers two dual language programs in English and Spanish or English and Chinese, in an effort to help its students become bilingual.

The some teachers in ps 94 tell lies and they treated or they take care of the situation unfairly.

PS 94 has a wonderful population of mostly students who come from immigrant families ( mostly latino and chinese). It is very unfortunate that the students do not get the education they deserve, because of poor leadership. The Principal Mrs. Caban, is clueless about creating a positive and productiv...
