Some teachers were super supportive, others couldn't care less. But the teacher in charge of MathCounts while I was there was amazing and so giving. She made my experience so much better.

Though I had some personal trouble with one boy, my overall experience was pretty good. The staff could've dealt with issues and situations better, but I know that I've made life-long friends there. I will always love them and I know they feel the same way.

A couple of 8th graders made cards for suicide prevention month this year, and they were pulled aside and got in a lot of trouble for giving them to teachers to display in their classrooms. The teachers said that saying “if you commit suicide, the people you love will miss you” was condoning it. The...

BMS has great, caring staff, and it is small enough that there is a lot of personal attention for the students. One 8th grade teacher was named Teacher of the Year for Frederick County! Our son had a great 3 years there.

I have been attending BMS for 2 years now, and I attended BES for 6 years. And let me tell you, this school sucks! The bus drivers are the worst, and most of the teachers are bad too!
