GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Pretty good teachers, despite all the corruption and sexual scandals that happened when I was there.

The school is a great place and makes everyone feel included. The teachers are really nice and are willing to help you when you need it.

This is a pretty good school involved great with athletics, education, and overall experience. The teachers and staff are willing to talk and help you if you need it even at an honors level class. The sports also are great to build friendships and communities that you may not have gained doing nothing.

I had an amazing experience as a student and my teachers at BHS were among the best I’ve ever had, even in college and my graduate school.

The curriculum may be good, and the teachers may be fine, but the administration is completely clueless. We have never seen so much confusion and contradiction before. There is very little cooperation between departments, and the communication to parents is often confusing and contradictory. Call on...

Definitely a strong academic and athletic school that caters to EVERYONE, not just the top 10%. I took difficult courses, but I wasn't in the top 10%, and I still got a great education at BHS. I enjoyed the fantastic (relatively new) facilities, and had some extremely capable and committed teachers...
