Allen Academy is a good private school, however, it's definitely not worth the money we pay. The classes offered is limited in a way but I believe the school is changing for good.

I have enjoyed the school as a whole. The teachers are there for the students. They help to guide the students to being their best and achieve their goals. There is a lot of support from administrators as well as parent groups.

This school, due to precautions such as the lock and gate systems and the areas for emergency situations, is very safe physically to attend. This school, however, has not offered any sort of health/sex ed courses in my time that I have attended, and I think that is something that needs to be offered on some level.

This school was beyond terrible. It claims to be rigorous but was lagging far behind. I went an entire year and no emails to the teacher were acknowledged or responded to unless the principal was copied in the email. This school is not what it used to be. Yes, the campus is still beautiful but that is about it. They have been without a permanent head master for 2 years. So wonderful! I don't think my kids would be the successful young people they are today if they had not spent their formative years at Allen with such great teachers who really cared about them.
