On the outskirts of the West Valley, the Odyssey Preparatory Academy at Sienna Hills is a public charter school in The Odyssey Family of Schools that creates young critical thinkers. Here, the faculty and staff foster a culture built around a caring environment and a strong sense of community for students in kindergarten through fifth grade. The school aligns its approach to learning around four pillars, which are focusing globally, launching leaders, creating character and navigating knowledge. At the academy, teachers follow a love and logic approach to education and nurture responsive classrooms to help all students engage in their lessons. The core curriculum integrates Eureka Math, Great Minds English and Core Knowledge lessons, in addition to arts, music, foreign language and physical education to help students become more well-rounded individuals. Outside the classroom, Odyssey Prep puts extra emphasis on field trips so children can absorb real-world experiences, whether to the Wildlife World Zoo, the Arizona Science Center or any number of institutions in the Phoenix metro area.

Kids are HAPPY when I drop them off and EAGER to get to school in the AM. Also they are HAPPY when I pick them up too. They seem to like it. I like that the class sizes aren't huge.
