Buford High School is a very clean and safe school. I believe they create a great environment for students to learn at their own pace. The best part about Buford is the involvement with the community. Each club and sports team do volunteering events and fundraisers to help the less fortunate. The student atmosphere is amazing when we all go to support each team at their events. The teachers at Buford are always willing to come in early or stay late to help students with the material or make up a test/quiz.

I have had the pleasure of attending Buford City Schools since I was in kindergarten. I have been able to grow up with the same kids and find a community in my school. Although the school is amazing, I would love to see more electives for career readiness like hairdressing and mechanics.

this school does not care about its students unless they are athletes or on the honor roll. they make so many children feel like idiots and it was an awful thing to experience. I dealt with bullying for years that was overlooked by everyone.

We started in this school system when my student was in 1st grade. Loved the community feel, the environment and the teachers. As the school got bigger, the luster of it started to fade. The school focuses on white upper middle class kids. There are no supports for any kid that is different. Instruction is lectures and quizzes and tests. Kids have to do all the work themselves to get help if they struggle at all. Teachers are nice but inflexible. Standards and expectations are diffe...
