I love the sense of family that I experience at Doane that comes from the small class size and sense of community. All of the teachers are willing to help me succeed and provide a lot of support. The sport teams are really dedicated to their sports, but it would be nice to have more incoming students be experienced in a variety of sports.

I would like to see the diciplinary process change and the approach to getting kids into colleges. I also believe there is a lot of favoritism

Small classroom nice students. I enjoyed my time there. I felt really welcomed. Overall good high school. The only thing that I did not like is that the school doesn't really care about the mental health of student. It does not provide enough mental health services to teenage students. Most of students would bring their own lunch. You can also pay for the school orange at the food and not very healthy it's like chicken and fries in every single day. I really think they can do a little bit better. Overall I will say most of the teachers care about the students and gave good education. But there are definitely some teachers that just gave the worst lecture experience and that's not grade that the homeworks. And I don't really think it is a good private school to go to if you want to be prepared and attend top colleges in the US. If you look at the list you will realize that not many of the graduated students go to Top Universities. small factors to taking into consideration.

My daughter is new to Doane as a freshman. We absolutely love everything the school has to offer from the staff members being helpful and accommodating to the head of schools being so involved. I can see the growth she has made here in just a few short months. I’m excited to watch her continued grow...

these reviews, I genuinely cannot believe them. These are from parents, and they don’t understand what it’s like to be a new student in the school. The kids in the school can’t seem to accept difference, they are all the same, and if you don’t fit the student standards, you will be an outcast they tr...

Beware of this school if your child has any learning disabilities, ie adhd, anxiety. The teachers, counselors and administrators will not support your child, if anything they will turn on them. They will use your child if they are an athlete and put an extraordinary amount of pressure on them. We we...
