The best thing about Caddo is how close knit the school is. Everybody knows everybody, and teachers have small enough classes to really have a one on one experience with each student.

Elementary Teachers do a great job. High School is strictly sports focused. Academics are optional. Superintendent and Principals ALL need replaced. Overall moral is down among teachers and great teachers are leaving.
