GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

It isn't the best high school, but it could definitely be worse. My biggest complaint is that our STEM program (by program i mean classes, we don't have any extracurriculars for it) is severely lacking. Our sports teams are definitely not great, so if you're looking here for that you should reconsider. Our performing arts programs are really good, though. We regularly get rewards for that, and there's more than just acting.

Not a well involved school and the students are not the top priority. Faculty seems to only focus on digging into the students outside life's and dragging it into their school life's. Very unfair and unrealistic expectations for the lower class and uneducated children.

A school good scheduling or time management but school wear students don't care. A change of attitude in students and that starts with the community.

She has gotte...

This is where I chose to raise my kids and Gordon Central has done a great job getting my kids ready for College and life after school. My kids love all of the great opportunities that Gordon Central offers in Athletics and the Arts.
