Cameron High School is mediocre in all of the subjects. No AP classes are offered despite students advocating for them. Some teachers are considerably bad at teaching and don't prepare us for college at all. Sports, clubs, and extracurriculars are amazing. But the school culture here is awful. People bully and tease their peers.

Overall, my experience going to school here has been pretty good. I feel safe and comfortable being at school. However, I wish that there was more opportunity to take courses for college and life readiness.

The school has a wide variety of after school programs, and almost all of them have ended up going to state. In the four years that I have gone to Cameron High School, our Forensics Team, Basketball Team, Volleyball Team, Track and Field, Wrestling Team, Dance Team and even our Golf Team have gone to state at least once if not multiply times. This is mostly due to the fantastic athletes and coaches.
