GreatSchools Rating

GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

One on one time with teachers as well as friendly staff . Also the great friendships I have made here at Canadian High. I really enjoy the teachers as well as the students. I have made amazing memories.

My school only cares about sports. I tried them, however, my calling was for different extracurriculars such as 4-H and FFA. My school's teachers and leaders are not the best, but they did recently receive a new superintendent who will hopefully make some well needed changes.

Despite, what may go on at school beyond the teachers, a majority of them are very good at what they do. My English teacher especially helps students always and has been a major emotional support for me. Many teachers have very solid teaching skills and practices and almost all kids pass the final tests.

I hated this place. The math teacher is very rude. Pregnant teens run all over the place, the food was terrible and if you didn't get to the cafeteria on time then you didn't get to eat. The special ed teacher is dumber than the kids she teaches! They'll hire anyone as sub teacher and I mean anyone....

At Canadian its more like a family, not a school. Pregnancy rates are high every where, just saying, and honestly Canadians isn't bad compared to most. I have gone to 13 different schools, and I am a Junior, and I have lived in three different states. And some people play sports, and others don't. T...
