I loved the welcoming environment created by the teachers and staff at Canastota. I would like to see a change in the involvement of the students. I feel that the school setting would be more welcoming if students engaged more in activities put on by the school.

I have done very good here. Currently getting acceptance letters to all the colleges I was interested in. As with anything, you get what you put into it. Canastota provided the base and the support I needed.

The teachers I have/had do their best to provided the best for us. Many are interested in what students do outside of school. Several encourage/show us other opportunists we have.

This school does not take bullying seriously exactly if you getting bullied by someone on a sports team since we got the new vice principal the school has gone down

I am a grad of 2020, I’m a person with disabilities and liked staff but classes were difficult even with assistance. They definitely favored athletes and more intelligent people than people who were not so “gifted”. My mother had to fight tooth and nail for me to get the proper education. Some teach...

Three children ( grown) I would not recommend this district to a new family.The school is run poorly with poor treatment of children that may have a disability( minor /major) Board of directors keep unworthy teachers to fill the void and do not manage complaints / termination.
