Triangle math and science is an stricter school but has wonderful academics. Since it is a newer school the athletics arent quite there yet.

Despite the growing pains, my child has flourished here. The teachers and staff are like family; they are approachable, available and they really care. I love that the staff seem to know all of the children's names, not just the kids in their classes. This isn't the case in the average county middle and high school.

Overall, TMSA is a very good school. There are shortcomings in sports, student activities and clubs, and stable administration areas. There have also been concerns about the administration and the board ignoring parents' feedback in last couple of years. However, academics, students process, and diversity are strong points of the school.

My experience here was hellish. The community alienates me. Coming to TMSA was a mistake. I regret transferring here. I should've stayed in Green Level, my WCPSS base school.

My son was admitted as a last-minute lottery selection, and after only six months we made the decision to withdraw him and return to our base school. My experience was not so good. I only spent a few weeks but wasn't satisfied the school was overcrowded and placed in the middle of the neighborhood so it blocked traffic creating a safety concern the teachers barely spoke English I only had two good teachers other times it was really bad. I attended this school for over nine years. It was, in my opinion, a horrible experience. Teachers assigned to much work, expected maximum effort from their students, and took no regard to actually teaching them. I dealt with bullying for over three years at this school, and it was not handled well....
