I love Cashion High School's tight knit community. I think the size of the school promoted individualized teaching but neglected diversity of thought.

Cashion High School does not prepare you for college, and I have had a very poor experience here, in terms of education and in terms of the school's culture. Bullying and harassment is not taken seriously, and mental health issues are not dealt with or addressed as they should be. The stress of schoolwork is high and teachers are often coaches that are uninterested in the subject they "teach".

It is a community not just a school we are all there for each other and we all help each other. When we need items for classes or teachers need help with classes the community always reaches out and helps the school. It has taught me that we are a part of something bigger and it is not just a school but a family.

If you want a school where sports are the only concern and your children will have no future then Cashion is for you but if you value education then look elsewhere.

This school has both good and bad teachers, like most school do. There is a great emphasis on sports and is lacking some academic proficiencies that other schools posess and that can lead to students being behind in college. All in all though, it is a pretty good school, there is no gang violence an...
